1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of iAdx Co., Ltd. (Registration No. 0635566000694), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

9.1 No Guarantee

While we provide support and guidance for grant applications, we do not guarantee approval or success. Grant decisions are made by the respective funding organizations.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for grant applications. We are not liable for rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of results

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iAdx Co., Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iAdx Co., Ltd. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any content you post on the service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tak Province, Thailand.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iAdx Co., Ltd. regarding the use of the service and supersede any prior agreements between you and iAdx Co., Ltd. relating to your use of the service.
